I don’t entirely know what you meant by ‘edits’, but I did a lot of tweaking of the original screencap. It was pretty pixellated and discolored at parts, for instance here’s how Artemis’ part looks when I delete those layers:

… which is not at all cute. So I re-colored her face, mask, even part of Barry’s hands/costume. And I use a lot of Selective Coloring. A lot. I just counted and I had seven different SC layers. I also use three different textures, all set to soft light: a pink/purple one, light/dark green one and a smokey black/white one. Then once I’m done, I pretty much always flatten the image, duplicate the base layer, set it to soft light, use gaussian blur about 4-8%, then lower the opacity on that layer to 50% or so.

None of that is probably very helpful though, sorry. :[ I do lots of experimenting with Selective Color, basically.
